The Meliha Ercan Foundation ('Foundation') acts in compliance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ('Law'), the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, and all relevant legal regulations. This Disclosure Text is prepared by the Meliha Ercan Foundation, as the Data Controller, to fulfill the obligation to inform set out in Article 10 of the Law and to inform data subjects about their rights listed in Article 11. Personal data refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. Your personal data, including identity (name and surname) and contact (email address, phone number) categories and the personal information in your message content, may be processed.

Your personal data collected by the Meliha Ercan Foundation may be processed for the purposes of receiving, evaluating, and responding to your request and conducting communication processes.

Your personal data may be processed by the Meliha Ercan Foundation based on the data processing condition of 'being necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract' as stipulated in Article 5/2(c) of the Law, during the filling out of the information collection form on our website. Additionally, your personal data may be processed if you contact us through email, phone, SMS, contracts, social media platforms, or other means, either verbally, in writing, or electronically.
5. Your Rights as the Data Subject Under Article 11 of the Law

• To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data if the reasons requiring its processing no longer exist, even if it was processed in accordance with the Law and relevant legislation, and to request that the action taken in this regard be notified to third parties to whom your data has been transferred,
• To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• To request compensation for the damage if you suffer damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
